My first Gate-fold mini

Recently I got on a mission to do a gate-fold mini.  I worked on this project for two days.  I finished it today and I absolutely love it.  I had stayed clear of these types of minis for a long time because I feared that I would not be able to do it.  So with the help of some gifted ladies on YT, I was able to pull it off.  I'll post pics later after I upload a video giving details of the inside.

My Newest Mini

Here in my craft space minis are the order of the day.  I love to create these small pieces of art. Although they are small they pack a huge punch when it comes to design possibilities.  Pockets and pull-outs, stamping and inking are just a few design elements that can be used. This mini was inspired by the awesomely talented Laura Dennison.  She calls it "beaded matchbook mini". I used the Imagine cartridge "word of mouth" and the "Love you a Latte" lite cartridge. When these are put together, the end result was an awesome little mini.  I also used kraft cardstock and a very cute "housey" pattern paper. So without further ado, here is the mini.

A Vertical TP Mini

Have you ever recycled used toilet paper rolls?  What you say-- are you kidding?  No I'm not.  They make idea mini album surfaces for a neat little project.  Usually the rolls have a horizontal orientation but recently I watched a video that used a vertical one.  I must say the project is quite a cute little mini.  So here's a peek at it.  Enjoy.
