Cute as a BUG

That's what my five month old granddaughter is.  Who would think I'd ever be a granny and loving every minute of it.  All my layouts now are about her.  Never would have thought it.  Take a look. I used bits of scraps CS(like all scrapbookers and cardmakers have) and some StampinUp stamp sets. For the title I used the Tear Drop Cricut Cart.  The cute little bug is also cut using the cricut.  The cart I used was Home Decor.  The notebook cut is an .svg file. TFL

Filing with Flair

I yet again resorted to using one of Lauren Meader's great templates.  This one is called File it with Flair.  I needed something to hold scrap pieces of copy paper that are left over after I make copies of different design ideas so wa-la, Lauren's Timeless Template to the rescue.  It only took me about half an hour or so with a little dressing it up.  So enjoy!

Card Cute

Here's a cutie of a card I made tonight.  The card itself is a.svg file from Papers, Scissors, Ink.  The flowers I punched using my flower punches.

It's a Wrap Up

Lauren Meader just keeps coming up with the cutest ideas.  So much talented just shouldn't be contained in one little person.  This project uses one of her Timeless Templates called Ready,Set,Wrap.  The gift ideas are limitless with this little powerhouse of a template.

Got a Sweet Tooth?

Got a sweet tooth then try this yummy, calorie-free slice of choco-late cake.  I made this using my big bug and the Tags, bags, boxes cart.  I also used the infamous Martha Stewart punch called DrippyGoo.  A very nice member of the Cricut messageboard got it for me at her LSS.  She shipped it and I had it in no time.  I still can't believe I got my hands on it.  The punch was elusive after its debut last October.  Once it was gone, it was gone.  So now I'm having fun creating delicious things with it.  I also used another MS punch that punches out a lacy border.  Enjoy!

Another Card Box

Angie Juda has an impressive card box on her site.  It can be done two ways or maybe more.  It can also hold 6 cards(maybe more) and envies at a time.  Using douboe-sided DP makes it even cuter.  Here's my version.

Another Keepsake

This keepsake box was inspired by Lauren Meader's recent project using her For Keepsake box.  Don't these templates make great gift ideas?

Clearly Cute

I scraplifted this from Thoughts of a Cardmaking Scrapbooker.  She used her Cricut and PaperTreyInk's new clear cardstock and so did I.  Cute.  I also used the Cricut Deepcut Blade.

Timeless Treasure

I am an avid Timeless Template person.  I love Lauren's projects.  I used the Captured Card Case to create a gift box filled with matching cards.  She has some awesome ladies on her new design team.  Check it out.

Happy Scrap Day

As you crafters all know today is National Scrapbooking Day.  So what are you scrapping today.  I sent out a challenge to my scrap buddies to get scrapping on something today.  This is the challenge:  1 card with the following:  1) a butterfly  2) a flower.  1 layout using a baby theme  and the following: 1) two baby photos    2) two flowers   3) the word "SWEET"   4) a scallop   5) a heart.  They can choose whatever color they want.  The challenge is due by midnight tonight.  Let's see you'll meet the challenge.  Here are my creations(if you are going to issue a challenge you have to participate yourself, right?)
